So two days ago (Saturday June 4) I went to Doyle Park (yay) with Ann, Susanna, Jason, Anh, Binh, and Keith to…play basketball. Originally I wasn’t going to play but they finally forced me to when Anh refused to play unless I did…..peer pressure -_- But I suppose it worked to my advantage because i ended up enjoying myself despite the fact that I hate basketball and thus suck at it. XD It was such a fun day, I felt like a kid again. Went on the swings, played on the seesaw, saw the ice cream truck, explored Doyle Park, etc…such a refreshing break before finals. And I got to see my favorite people. <3 

Joyce + Kevin + Monica joined us later for dinner at Sam Woo! Delicious 干炒牛河! Mmmmm. We also had Keith’s favorite honey walnut shrimp, Monica’s gross 蚝油芥蓝, and lots of other yummy dishes. 

Afterwards we went to Tea Station, drank delicious tea, and played MAFIA. That was amazing. So many psychological mindfucks, twists and turns, coincidences….Was so damn fun. I lost some bets to Anh and had to 1) kiss kevin on the cheek and 2) get someone on chatroulette to take their pants off. Both were accomplished with varying degrees of willingness but equal amounts of hilarity. I just love these people, they make anything fun. We could all go…I don’t know, recycle bottles or organize files together and it would be fun. I can’t wait for our vacation after summer vacation-two weeks of nothing but CHING CHONGS!! mafia mafia mafia mafia mafia

I guess I can’t really adequately describe how amazing of a day it was. It just was. It’s more of a feeling, it was the last hangout before summer and just meant a lot.

You know that ringing sound that you will perceive when you are in a very quiet area? Some people say this is an auditory-illusion brought about the ear’s inability to detect frequencies below the threshold of the human senses. This is completely wrong. That ringing covers up something else altogether. If you are quick, patient ,and maybe a little lucky, you will be able to hear past the ringing. What you will hear are voices whispering to each other. They will silence themselves quickly but with practice, you will become more adept at catching and interpreting what they are saying. You will hear things of the past, the present, and the future. However, you must be careful. Because there is no such thing as a voice without a body.

And when you start noticing them, they will start noticing you.

I’m procrastinating on my DOC paper currently. If i had just buckled down to write it I probably would have finished hours ago, but eh…..

Really craving yummy fries right now x____x I wanna go to BK but it’s just too far…will settle for some oranges. T_T

I had a lot of fun on Friday and Saturday. Keith’s bday dinner @ some fancy schmancy sushi restaurant, and Monica eating chocolate covered bugs at a nearby store….then a small party afterwards @ Keith’s place. Fun fun fun ^^ And then SIX FLAGS!!! So fun, esp the fucking FINALE-X2. Nothing compares to that, I seriously have never experienced anything like that in my entire goddamn 18 years. Next time I go to six flags I’m going to pretty much only ride X2. Fucking amazing!! If you haven’t been on it you need to…it’s like a life experience.

Finished Six flags around 10:30pm, drove to Ktown and ate at BCD tofu house which conveniently is open 24 hours a day. Yummmy, that’s the second time I’ve been there with the C^2s now. XD

All in all a great weekend, minus the DOC paper. I do like The Graduate though, Dustin Hoffman is an amazing actor. I have the sound of silence stuck in my head atm.

APO performance is coming up! This Saturday! Everyone should go, it’s going to be super coooool. :) Lotsa practices coming up, I am pretty excited about that since we haven’t had any practices recently. Can’t wait to see kF again and FINALLY give Shige’s nice smelling jacket back. Hehe…and after APO, lots of fun too! :)

I think I will write a private blog about Friday night’s events, because I don’t want to forget it. Yay~
